Ordering FAQ's

Can I change or add to my order?

We allow a one time addition to a your order, as long as it is made within 1 month of the original purchase date. Your not limited to the amount of items to add, just the times you can add something. Any add on beyond 30 days, will have to be made as a new, separate order. Sorry, No exceptions! Obviously, you may change items on your order at any time - up until your order is pulled for production. In other words, you cannot add to the order after 30 days, but you can change guns, belt lengths, etc.  

If you change your order more than two times, a 10% administrative fee may be added to your order.

Can I pay extra to go to the top of the list?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!

We will never sacrifice our integrity, honor, pride, or reputation especially over money. Every holster is made to order, in the order in which it was received, NO exceptions!

If you need a holster right away, check our IN STOCK ITEMS maybe you'll get lucky.

Do you send a notice before shipping?

Yes, you will receive a shipping email that contains the shipping and tracking information a day or two before your order actually ships.

Do you take Credit Cards?

Yes, select the Pay Pal option at check out. It will bring you to a seperate page, where you can log into Pay Pal or continue without an account - where you'll enter your credit card.

How can I get my order quicker?

Unfortunately there is no way, every holster is made to order, in the order in which it was received, NO exceptions!

Sometimes we have extra holsters around the shop, if we do they will be listed under IN STOCK ITEMS you should check it out, maybe you'll get lucky.

How long will my order take?

The Current wait time is an estimated 12 - 18 weeks. We make every holster to order, in the order in which it was received, no exceptions. Therefore, you can reasonably expect delivery sometime during that 6 week window. Remember though, the key word here is "estimated". An estimated delivery date is not by any means a guarantee of delivery, though we do try our best to be timely. 95 percent of the time our actual delivery's fall within our estimated time quote. But there have been occasions when we have been a couple weeks late, as well as a couple weeks early (nobody ever complains when we are early though). Our time estimates are based on experience in assessing our workload, to give you the most accurate estimate possible. Unfortunately, it isn't perfect.

How soon after placing my order can I call/email to check on it?

With that said, each time I have to stop what I'm doing to track down an order, it takes that much time away from someone's order being worked on. We have done the math and with the average amount of email/calls per day multiplied by our work days, multiplied per month, on average 30-40 man hours each month are spent unproductively, satisfying customer curiosity. As a result these "nuisance" calls/emails as we call them, only serve to increase everyones overall wait . Also, calling/emailing to check on an order will NOT speed up the process or get you into the production que any quicker.

Since we started making holsters, we have NEVER lost a customers order! With that said, if you have an order in que you can relax and rest assured it's not going to get lost in the shuffle! We know its a pain to wait (we have been there ourselves) and we ask that you please be patient, we are sure it will be worth your wait. If you still insist on calling/emailing please wait until we have at least reached the minimum wait time that was listed when you placed the order. You must also have your Invoice Number, Order ID and date of purchase ready.

I called and there was no answer?

Please, Leave a message...  Re-dialing our number again and again is not going to make us pick up the phone! Just leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. Please keep in mind we get hundreds of calls and cant possibly answer every one of them and it takes as much time to all each one back. Please also make sure what your looking for is not already answered in the FAQ Section.

My gun is not listed, do you make a holster for it?

If a gun is not listed, we probably do not have a mold for that gun and most likely do not offer a holster for it. In some cases where the shape of the gun is the same as a similar frame /model we can sometimes make a holster for you. We have had many customers ship us their gun for a custom fitting, which you are always welcome to do, but keep in mind you are responsible for the to and from overnight shipping and insurance which can add up.

What are my color choices?

We offer the same colors for our belts as we do our holsters; we try to use the same piece of leather for orders with multiple products. Sample photos are below - please keep in mind the lighting in the photos may make the colors appear differently and like human skin every piece of leather is different, therefore will accept dye differently! Although we try to get it as close as possible, there’s no guarantee it will be identical! *Right Click > view image - for a larger view

Why does it take so long to make my holster /belt?

Its not your holster that takes 4 months to make, it is the processing and making of all the orders ahead of yours. Unfortunately the demand for our holsters surpasses our ability to produce them.

Although we may occasionally have some help around the shop, the ONLY person making your holster is Bobby Mac himself, and every holster is made to to order, in the order in which it was received, no exceptions.

Being a one man shop also posses it's challanges - if Bobby gets sick, family issues, holidays, vacations, "life" etc. may also cause temporary delays. 95 percent of the time our actual delivery's fall within our estimated time.
